Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Vocational College Counselor Team Construction

辅导员素质的提升是培养合格学生的关键,但不少高职院校辅导员队伍存在结构不合理、培养体系不够规范等问题。完善辅导员队伍建设应优化高职辅导员的队伍结构,建立健全培训体系,提高辅导员的综合素质,从而为更好地完成教育任务提供坚实的保障。

Counselor quality in higher vocational colleges is the key to cultivate qualified students, but there are problems of irrational structure, not standardized training system, and so on. To optimize the college counselor team, we need to first optimize its structure, to establish a sound training system, to improve the comprehensive quality of it, so that we can ensure the fulfillment of the task of education.
