摘要
关于清代惠宁城的建城时间,史料记载和今人研究有多种观点,分歧的根源在于判断标准不一。建城时间有多个不同的判断节点,应以其何时建成,具备军事防御和居住条件为断。据此,惠宁城开建于乾隆三十年,次年城垣建设完毕,但未造兵房,不能驻防,直到乾隆三十四年城内建造兵房后,才具备驻防条件。因此惠宁城建于乾隆三十四年。
In historical records and today＇s researches, there are many different opinions on the building time of the Huining castle. Disagreements come from different criteria. The building time of a castle has several judg- ing points, we should take when it been built, possessed military defense and living condition as the criterion. According to this criterion, the building work of Huining castle started in Qianlong 30th-year, the wall was finished in the next year, but the houses for soldiers was not built, the castle couldn＇t be stationed and lived. These work wasn＇t completed until Qianong 34th-year. So, Huining castle was built in this year.
