摘要
在阐述国内外铁路煤炭货运产品设计现状的基础上,针对我国铁路煤炭货运产品设计中存在的问题,分析电煤运输市场化改革推进步伐缓慢、客户关系管理薄弱、评价考核体系没有形成闭环反馈等方面,提出基于客户细分的煤炭货运产品设计思路,从产品开发、产品销售、质量控制、产品评价?4?个层面,探讨煤炭货运产品设计流程。
Based on expounding the design status of railway coal freight transport product in China and foreign countries, targeting with problems existing in the design of the transport product in China, this paper analyzes many aspects such as the slow promotion step of thermal coal transport market reform, weak client relationship management and no closed-loop feedback formed in evaluation assessment system. The paper also puts forward the design idea of coal freight transport product based on client segmentation, and discusses the design process of the transport product from 4 aspects, such as product development, product selling, quality control and product evaluation.
