胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者的围术期综合护理体会被引量：11

摘要目的总结胸腔镜(VATS)肺癌根治术围手术期综合护理体会。方法将66例行VATS肺癌根治术患者随机分成观察组与对照组,各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施围手术期综合护理措施,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组拔管时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组。两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VATS肺癌根治术围手术期综合护理可缩短拔管时间及住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率。
