兰州地区部分地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑、抑郁状况及影响因素分析

Anxiety, depression conditio ns and influencing factors analysis of partially high qualified intellectuals and cadres in the provincial department in Lanzhou area

目的：了解兰州地区部分地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑、抑郁情绪现状及影响因素,为心理干预提供参考依据。方法：采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）,对兰州地区624名地级干部和464名正高知识分子进行测评。结果：1地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑和抑郁均无差异（P=0.222和0.218,均〉0.05）,焦虑在性别间无差异（P=0.054）,在年龄间无差异（P=0.435）;抑郁在性别间无差异（P=0.985）,在年龄间有差异（P=0.000）。2地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑和抑郁与常模的比较,除40-49年龄段的抑郁与常模无差异（P=0.288）外,不同职业、不同年龄段、不同性别的焦虑和抑郁均有差异（P〈0.05）。3地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑合并抑郁检出率在职业、性别、年龄间均无差异（P〉0.05）。结论：兰州地区部分地级干部和正高知识分子焦虑和抑郁状况均高于普通人;女性焦虑比男性略严重;年龄越大,抑郁越重。应加强心理疏导,避免焦虑和抑郁症发生。

Objective：To study anxiety and depression, and influencing factors among cadres and intellectuals in Lanzhou, which would provides some scientific data for psychological intervention. Methods：Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） were used to test anxiety and depression among cadres and intellectuals in Lanzhou . Results： ①Anxiety and depression were no statistical significance between cadres and intellectuals （P=0.222, P=0.218）. Depression and anxiety were no statistical significance between male and female（P=0.985, P=0.054）. Anxiety were no significant difference among different age（P=0.435）, but the opposite was true for depression（P=0.000）. ②Comparing to normal, there were respectively statistical significance in different occupation, age and sex among cadres and intellectuals（P〈0.05） excepting for depression among 40-49 years.③Detectable rate of anxiety and depression were respectively no significant difference in different occupation,age and sex among cadres and intellectuals （P〉0.05）.Conclusions： Anxiety and depression among cadres and intellectuals are higher than normal in Lanzhou. Anxiety in female is more serious than male. Depression is increased with age. We should strengthen psychological counseling to avoid anxiety and depression.
