微小RNA与心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着人类基因组计划的完成,生命科学进入了后基因组时代。关于微小RNA (miRNA )的研究迅速成为生命科学研究的焦点。miRNA是一类小的、由基因组编码、非编码蛋白质的内源性单链RN A ,长度约为21~25个碱基,在生物进化过程中高度保守。它们通过与靶基因 mRNA 的3′非翻译区(3′‐UTR)互补配对,在转录后水平调控基因的表达。近年来大量研究表明,miRNA参与器官形成、个体发育、造血、细胞分化增殖与凋亡、肿瘤生成等多种生理病理过程。1993年 L ee等在线虫体内发现了调节幼虫发育的 miRNA :lin‐4。到2000年Reinhart等发现了第2个调控线虫发育的 miRNA :let‐7。近年来发现,miRNA在心血管疾病发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用[1];并在心脏发育、心肌肥厚、心律失常、高血压、心肌梗死等疾病的研究中取得了一系列重要进展,使miRNA迅速成为国际心血管研究领域的热点[2‐3]。
