摘要 目的探索本地区婴儿食物不耐受的主要致敏源,为婴儿慢性消化系统疾病的诊断、预防和治疗提供新的实验室参考依据。方法采用ELISA法检测106例慢性消化系统疾病的患儿和46例健康婴儿血清食物不耐受IgG抗体。结果 106例患儿中,食物过敏原特异性IgG检测阳性者89例,占84%。46例健康婴儿食物过敏原特异性IgG检测阳性者28例,占60.87%。结论牛奶、鸡蛋、小麦是本地区婴儿食物不耐受的主要致敏源,通过食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体检测,对婴儿慢性消化系统疾病的诊断、预防和治疗具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the main allergenicity source of children food intolerance in Deyang area to provide the new laboratory reference basis for the diagnosis,therapy and prevention of chronic digestive system diseases in children.Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was adopted to test the serum food intolerance specific IgG antibody in 106 children with chro-nic digestive system diseases and 46 healthy infants.Results Among 106 children,89 cases were positive in the detection of serum food allergen IgG antibody with a total positive rate of 84%.Among 46 health infants,28 cases were positive in serum food allergen specific IgG antibody detection,accounting for 60.87%.Conclusion Milk,eggs and wheat are the main types of food intolerance in Deyang area.Testing serum food intolerance specific IgG antibody has the important significance to the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of chronic digestive system diseases in children.
