血清中TPOAb和TgAb的升高对甲状腺疾病进展的影响被引量：4

摘要目的研究健康人群血清中抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和(或)抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)升高对甲状腺疾病进展的影响。方法从2011年1月1日至2013年12月31日对48例健康人的甲状腺功能进行跟踪调查,采用全自动化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)检测其促甲状腺激素(TSH)、TPOAb和TgAb水平。结果 48例中有4例最终发展成甲亢,9例发展成为桥本甲状腺炎。结论血清中TPOAb和TgAb的升高在一定程度上影响了甲状腺疾病的发展,需要引起必要的重视。
