摘要
三维荧光光谱插值在数据预处理和数据解析中具有非常重要的地位。针对三维荧光光谱荧光峰变化缓慢的特点,从统计学的角度采用Kriging方法对其进行插值。鉴于变差模型和已知插值点的分布情况在Kriging方法中的重要性,分析比较了四种变差模型的插值结果并探讨了已知插值点个数引起高斯变差模型震荡的原因,最后给出了适合三维荧光光谱插值的Kriging方法。
The interpolation of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy pre-proeessing and the data analysis. In view of the broadness of the fluorescence peak, the statistics interpolation Kriging method is adopted. The Kriging method is affected by the variogram models and the distribution of the known interpolation points. Four variogram models are analyzed and the reason for the oscillation of the Gauss models is discussed. At last the appropriate Kriging method for three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy is proposed.
