摘要
针对不同施肥处理下温室黄瓜果实干物质的快速确定问题,本研究采用无土栽培,利用霍格兰(Hoagland)配方营养液进行施肥,对栽培的黄瓜进行四个施肥处理:T1:1:200;T2:1:100;T3:1:50;T4:1:30,研究不同营养液浓度下果实鲜物质与干物质的关系,并对果实干质量进行模拟。结果表明:果实鲜物质与干物质呈现不同的线性关系,且斜率K存在以下关系:KT1<KT4<KT3<KT2。构建的模型可以较好地模拟果实的干物质,模型的相关系数R2分别为:0.979;0.9982;0.816;0.926,模型的预测值与实测值之间的吻合度较好。黄瓜果实干物质模型可以对不同施肥处理的黄瓜果实进行较好地模拟。
To study the fast method for measuring dry weight of greenhouse cucumber fruits. The relationship between fresh quality and dry quality of fruits was studied and the latter was simulated. Four different treatments as T1:1:200, T2:1:100, T3:1:50, T4:1:30 were designed for the cucumbers which were soillessly cultured and fertilized with the nutrient solution of Hoagland formula. The dry and fresh quality of fruits showed different linear relationships, and the slope factor K existed as KT1&lt;KT4&lt;KT3&lt;KT2. The model could preferably simulate the dry quality of fruits with correlation indexes R2 of 0.979, 0.9982, 0.816 and 0.926 respectively, and the predicted values well fit the measured values. The model can precisely simulate the dry quality of greenhouse cucumber fruits under different fertilization treatments.
