摘要
针对网络出版的电子期刊所呈现的新的属性特征,按照分层分类分级思想,给出了网络电子期刊的综合评价指标体系,运用主成分进行指标权重的确定,提出了基于主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)的网络电子期刊模糊综合评价(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE)方法(PCA_FCE),并对模型进行实证研究。实例表明,将PCA_FCE用于网络电子期刊的评价是可行的。
According to the attributes of online e-journals and the thoughts of hierarchical classification,a comprehensive evaluation index system for online e-journals was presented.Using the principal components to determine the index weight,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method （PCA-FCE） for online e-journals was proposed based on principal component analysis,and the model was studied in practice.The experimental results show that the PCA-FCE for online e-journal evaluation is feasible.
