摘要
蛇簧联轴器是广泛用于通用机械场合的一种弹性联轴器。设计了一种新型的蛇簧联轴器-鼓形蛇簧联轴器。首先对鼓形蛇簧联轴器的蛇簧部件进行了力学建模,运用有限元仿真软件ANSYS 12.0 Workbench对鼓形蛇簧联轴器进行静力学分析,结果显示出鼓形蛇簧联轴器比目前最新的圆弧形蛇簧联轴器承受的最大应力更小,最后对鼓形蛇簧联轴器的扭转刚度进行了理论推导,得出了其扭转刚度的影响因素。
Serpentine spring coupling, as a flexible coupling is widely used in general machinery occasions. A novel serpentine spring coupling--the drum serpentine spring coupling is presented. First- ly, the mechanics modeling of the serpentine spring is built, and the statics analysis of the drum ser- pentine spring coupling is carried out by using the finite element simulation software --ANSYS 12. 0 Workbench. The results show that the maximum stress value of the drum serpentine spring coupling is smaller than of the latest arc--shaped serpentine spring coupling by the results of static analysis. Final- ly, the torsional stiffness impact factors of the drum serpentine spring coupling are attained by the tor- sional stiffness theoretical analysis.
