摘要
膜片联轴器中的膜片属于关键件,其材料要求具有高强度、耐疲劳性、耐热性和耐腐蚀性。在一些苛刻工况下膜片联轴器会失效甚至报废,主要失效原因为膜片损坏扭断、安装错误和螺栓损坏扭曲。故障树分析法作为工程系统可靠性分析与评价的有效方法,为膜片联轴器失效分析提供了一种有效的手段。通过对膜片联轴器故障树的定性、定量分析,指出了膜片损坏是导致该类联轴器失效的最主要原因,螺栓损坏和挠曲是影响膜片联轴器可靠性的主要因素。最后提出了延长膜片联轴器工作寿命的有效措施。
The diaphragm is the key component in diaphragm coupling, and its material must be required within high strength, fatigue durability, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. In some harsh conditions, the diaphragm coupling may be fail even scrap. The main causes of diaphragm cou- pling failure are diaphragm damage to twist off, wrong installation and bolt damage distortion. The fault tree analysis, as the valid method of engineering system reliability analysis and evaluation, it pro- vides an effective method for diaphragm coupling failure analysis. By means of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the fault tree analysis of diaphragm coupling failure, it is pointed out that dia- phragm failure is the most significant cause of diaphragm coupling failure, bolt damage and bend are important factors of diaphragm coupling reliability. Finally, the effective measures that can prolong diaphragm coupling service life are put forward.
