基于再生制动理论大吨位电控式能量回收系统研究

Research of Large-tonnage Electronically Controlled Energy Recovery System based on Regenerative Braking Theory

摘要 针对目前制动能量回收装置大多局限于赛车及乘用车领域使用范围受限的问题,建立一种新型大吨位汽车电控式制动能回收系统,以大吨位汽车特殊行驶工况为对象,研究新型大吨位汽车电控式制动能回收系统前桥与后桥制动压力分配策略、制动能回收控制策略、蓄电池快速充电策略并通过实际参数进行计算验证。 For current issues of racing brake energy recovery and the passenger area is mostly lim- ited to the use of a limited range, a new large--tonnage vehicles electronically controlled braking ener- gy recovery system is established, taking the large--tonnage vehicles special driving conditions as the research object, the new large--tonnage vehicles electronically controlled braking energy recovery sys- tem front axle and rear axle brake pressure distribution strategy, brake energy recovery control strate- gy, battery fast charging policy are studied and it is verified by actual parameters calculated.
