摘要
趋于保护环境的目的,矿产资源开发愈加倾向于井下开采,井下矿用车辆的需求旺盛,其制动系统的安全性尤为重要。论述了制动器的主要分类及其特点,详细阐述了多功能湿式多盘制动器的工作原理及其关键参数选取过程,并以此设计出用于井下凿岩机的停车制动器。经过装机试验,结果表明该制动器满足凿岩机的停车及紧急制动要求。
In order to protect the environment, the development of mineral resources is more in- clined to underground mining, that the mining vehicles is in great demand, and its brake safety is very important. The classification and characteristics of brake are discussed, and the working principle of multi--functional wet--type brake and its key parameters selection process are introduced and the rock drill parking brake is designed. After the installed test, the results show that the brakes meet the rock drill parking brake and emergency brake requirements.
