摘要
以聚丙烯腈二甲基亚砜溶液为纺丝液,以二甲基亚砜水溶液为凝固液的湿法纺丝为例,利用其纤维中的扩散模型,推导计算补水量与凝固浴溶剂浓度的关系,并利用Matlab进行仿真,求解推导数学模型,实现补水量与凝固浴溶剂浓度的自动控制。
With wet spinning as example, the relationship between supply water quantity and solvent concen- tration in is deduced and calculated using the diffusion model in the fiber, with polyacrylonitrile and dimethyl sulfox- ide solution as spinning solution and dimethyl sulfoxide solution as solidifying solution. MATLAB simulation is em- ployed to solve the deduced mathematical model to realize the automatic control of supply water quantity and solvent concentration of coagulation bath.
