摘要
基于SQL Server设计了气象观测记录电子报表信息管理系统,进而实现对气象观测记录电子报表数据的管理。在系统设计中采用SQL Server组成数据库,并将农业气象观测记录数据分为数据库和文件库两部分。此外,还设计了数据库存储结构,便于将气象数据与地理信息系统共享。基于SQL Server的气象观测记录电子报表信息管理系统,可实现数据库逻辑设计、物理设计及运行维护设计,并可通过网络平台发布信息。
An information management system of the electronic reporting of meteorological observation records is designed based on SQL Server. The databases consist of the agricultural meteorological database and document librar- ies. The database storage structure is also designed to facilitate the sharing of meteorological data and geographic in- formation systems. The designed system is capable of database logic design, physical design and operation and main- tenance design, and information distribution through network.
