聚驱后堵水调剖新工艺的设计及应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对聚驱转水驱后储层在平面和纵向上非均质性突出、注入水无效循环问题,提出了首先在油井堵水,然后在对应水井调剖的新工艺.数值模拟结果表明:在相同堵剂用量的条件下,可以大幅度提高油井的增油量和采收率;在保持水井调剖井距不变的条件下,逐渐增加油井反向调剖井距,采出井增油量和采收率会进一步提高;井组之间的连通性越好,增产效果越好.现场试验结果表明:井组平均综合含水率降幅达1.13百分点,8口油井累计降液10.3×10^4 m^3、累计增油0.12×10^4 t. In the light of the problems of the serious horizontal and vertical heterogeneity for the reservoirs and non- effect cycle of the injected water after the water flooding inverted from the polymer flooding, the new technology is profile-controlled oil producers are gradually increased, the incremental oil production and recovery are prone to be further enhanced; the better the connectivity among the well groups, the better the incremental effect will be. The field test results show that the average water cut has been reduced by 1.13%, the liquid production of 8 oil wells has accumulatively reduced by 10. 3×10^4 m^3 whereas the accumulative incremental oil production is up to 0. 12×10^4 t.
