摘要
塔河油田碎屑岩储层埋藏深、温度高、物性差,常规胍胶压裂液残渣含量较高,对储层伤害较大,难以满足油田需要.优选阴离子表面活性剂及其他添加剂,研制了新的高温清洁压裂液配方.新高温清洁压裂液耐温130℃,具有抗剪切能力强、悬砂性能好、破胶彻底和对地层伤害率低等特点,能够满足塔河油田碎屑岩储层改造的需求.在塔河油田应用效果明显,动态缝长125.2 m,人工裂缝导流能力0.10 μm2·cm,达到了增加近井地带导流能力的目的,应用前景广阔.
The characteristics of the clastic rock reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield such as deeply buried, high temperature, poor physical properties and relatively higher residue content of conventional guar gum fracturing fluid result in the much serious reservoir damage, so it is difficult to meet the requirements of the oil:field development. By optimizing the low-damage anionic surfactants and other additives, a kind of new high-temperature clean fracturing fluid formula is developed. The fracturing fluid can resist high temperature ( up to 130 ℃ ) and much stronger shear. And moreover the sand carrying ability is much better, the gel breaking capacity is more complete, besides there is pretty lower damage to the reservoirs. It is successfully applied in Tahe Oilfield and reach the purpose of increasing the flow conductivity near the boreholes. In a word, the fracturing fluid possesses much brighter and wider applicable prospects.
