二类油层缔合聚合物二元复合体系性能 被引量:2

BINARY COMBINED SYSTEM PERFORMANCES OF THE ASSOCIATED POLYMER FOR THE SECONDARY OIL LAYERS

摘要 大庆油田二类油层剩余地质储量大,已成为今后一个时期油田保持稳产的主要开发对象,其较低的渗透率、较强的非均质性及较高的黏土含量等储层物性条件,给常规线性聚合物强碱三元复合驱的经济有效实施带来一定挑战.为此,以中等相对分子质量疏水缔合聚合物、复合表面活性剂(磺酸盐型双子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂复配)为研究对象,研究该无碱二元体系对大庆油田二类油层的适用性.室内研究结果表明,该二元体系具有良好的增黏性能,并能在较宽的表面活性剂质量分数范围内(0.03%~0.3%)与大庆原油形成10q mN/m数量级的超低界面张力.此外,该二元体系还表现出较好的老化稳定性能、抗吸附性能、乳化性能及注入传导性能.通过采用物理模拟驱油实验,研究并确定了体系配方中的聚合物质量浓度、用量及段塞组合方式,室内条件下可比水驱提高采收率20%以上. The secondary oil layers of Daqing Oilfield production in a certain time of the future for their large have become the main developed targets to keep the stable amount of the remained OOIP. There are a certain challen- ges to economically and effectively carry out the conventional ASP flooding (linear HPAM + strong alkaline) be- cause of the physical reservoir conditions such as rather lower permeability, stronger heterogeneity and higher clay contents and so forth. Therefore taking the medium-molecule weight/mass HAWP and compound surfactant (the combination of sulfonate/sulphonate Gemini surfactant and nonionic surfactant } as the researching objects, the fea- sibility of the non-alkali SP flooding system the above oil layers is studied. The indoor laboratory results show that this system has much better thickening property and ultra-low interfacial tension (IFT) ( below 10-3mN/m) with a wider range of surfactant mass fraction (0. 03% -0.3% ) produced with Daqing crude oil. Besides the above, the system has pretty better ageing stability, anti-absorption, emulsification and injection conducting abilities. With the help of the physical simulating and displacement experiment, the polymer mass concentration, used amount and slug combing form are figured out and determined. The laboratory results show that the SP flooding system can fur- ther enhance 20% oil recovery or above than that of the water flooding.
