High-precision DFB Laser Temperature Control System Used in Gas Detection Field

摘要 本文针对气体检测中DFB激光器温度控制的需要,设计了一种高精度温控系统。采用热敏电阻检测激光器的温度,将其转换为电压信号后进行差分放大并通过高速AD将其转换为数字信号。 FPGA读取数字信号并采用PID算法对系统进行控制参数计算。控制参数以PWM信号的形式输出,并由H桥转化为控制信号对TEC进行控制。经过实验测试,系统温度调节范围为10-50℃,温控精度高达±0.03℃。系统具有稳定速度快、温度精度高等优点,已成功应用于气体检测项目中。 According to the demand of DFB laser temperature controlling in gas detect experiment, a high-preci_sion DFB laser temperature control system was proposed. We used thermistor to collect laser temperature. The resist_ance value is transferred into voltage signal by differential amplifier and converted into digital signal by high speed AD. FPGA is applied to read digital signal and generate PWM control signal after PID calculation. The PWM signal is con_verted into TEC control signal by H bridge. The experimental results shows that the work temperature of the system could be controlled between 10℃ and 50℃ and the control accuracy reaches ±0. 03℃. The system has high operation speed and high accuracy. It meets the requirements of gas detection project.
