摘要
针对传统镁盐净化工艺难以净化高As(0.2g/L以上)粗Na2WO4溶液的情况,提出采用MgSO4-FeCl3复合法净化高As粗Na2WO4溶液。结果表明:采用5倍理论量的MgSO4溶液净化高As粗Na2WO4溶液后,在70℃以上、pH9~10的条件下加入0.5倍理论量的FeCl3溶液,能有效净化As含量为0.2~0.8g/L的粗Na2WO4溶液。
The traditional magnesium salt purification process is difficult to purify crude sodium tungstate solution with high As content (above 0.2 g/L), so MgSO4-FeCl3 mixed method is put forward to purify the solution. Experimental results show that crude sodium tungstate solution with 0. 240.8 g/L As can be effectively purified by adopting 5 times the theoretical amount of MgSO4 solution at first and then adding 0.5 times the theoretical amount of FeCl3 solution under the conditions of 70℃ and pH9~10.
