摘要
通过在石煤钒矿拌浓硫酸熟化过程中添加外加剂S,使该过程能在自然条件下进行。半工业试验结果表明,石煤钒矿经自热拌酸熟化处理后用水在常温下浸出,V2O5的平均浸出率达85.1%。该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、反应条件温和、V2O5浸出率高、能耗低、对环境友好等优点。
Sulphuric acid curing of vanadium-containing carbonaceous shale can be carried out under the con- dition of self-heating by adding the admixture of S during the process. Pilot-scale test results show that va nadium-containing carbonaceous shale can be leached with water at room temperature after the pretreat- ment of self-heating acid curing,and the leaching rate of V2O5 is 85.1%. The process has the advantages of short flowsheet, simple equipment, mild reaction condition, high V2O5
leaching rate, low energy consump tion and environment friendly flowsheet.
