摘要
碳酸锰矿石磨粉是生产电解金属锰的一个重要工序,通过采用立式辊磨机配套热风炉及热风循环系统、收尘系统进行碳酸锰矿石磨粉的工艺,产品90%的粒度<150μm,水分含量<0.5%。对比传统的碳酸锰矿石磨粉工艺,该工艺具有能耗低、生产效率高、自动化程度高、占地面积小等特点,在电解金属锰行业中起到了推动技术进步、节能降耗的重要作用,具有先进的技术指标和良好的经济效益。
Milling of manganese carbonate ore is important for production of electrolytic manganese metal. When manganese carbonate ore is milled in a vertical roller mill in combination with hot air furnace and hot air recycling system and dedusting system, the particle size of 90% manganese carbonate powder product is less than 150μm and its moisture is less than 0.5%. Compared with the traditional milling process for manganese carbonate ore, the above milling process is characterized by lower energy consumption, higher production efficiency, higher automation degree and less floor area. Therefore, this process is of importance for promotion of technological advance and energy saving, with advanced technical index and high economic benefit.
