摘要
将纯铌完全转化成氧化物,按一定比例与载体混合后,采用美国利曼公司Prodigy直流电弧光谱仪,一次测定其中的Fe、Cr、Ni、Si、Ti、Cu六种元素。此方法的精密度、准确度及检出限均能满足分析要求,加标回收率为97.5%~101.0%,RSD为3.352%~6.255%。
Pure niobium or niobium product is completely transformed into the oxide, which is mixed with the carrier according to a certain proportion,and simultaneous determination of the six elements including Fe,Cr,Ni,Si,Ti and Cu in the sample is carried out by Prodigy DC arc spectrometer made in American Le Mans Company. The precision,accuracy and detection limit of this method can meet the requirements for niobium analysis,its standard addition recovery is 97.5%~101.0% ,and RSD is 3. 352%~6. 255%.
