Exploration and Practice of Satisfying SO_2 Emission Standard for Operating Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

随着国家对环保的重视,现役循环流化床锅炉大部分无法满足新的环保标准,指出了影响循环流化床锅炉脱硫效率的原因,针对原因介绍了神华集团3个电厂通过采取炉内改造措施,实现了SO2排放小于200mg/Nm3的目标,对国内大型循环流化床锅炉的健康发展具有促进作用。

Along with more and more attention paid to environment protection in China,most of the operating Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers fail to satisfy the latest pollutant emission standard,the article analyzes the factors that affecting the desulfurization efficiency of Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler,introduces that by modifying the furnace,three of the Shenhua Group Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers successfully controlled the SO2 emission density below 200mg/Nm^3,which is a promotion to the development of domestic Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler.
