摘要
为了解决现有车型油耗较高的问题,文章利用Cruise软件进行匹配优化分析,以发动机最优工作曲线为优化方向,以设计开发的不同变速器和主减速器为设计变量,并以动力性和经济性为双目标函数,采用线性加权组合的综合评价方法将其换成单一目标函数来评价传动系匹配的优劣,最终在不减弱动力性的基础上降低油耗值,以满足法规要求。
In order to solve the problem that fuel consumption of the vehicle in use has exceed the standard, based on the CRUISE software matching optimization simulation analysis, the direction is to optimize the engine working curve, to design the different transmission ratio and main reducer ratio as design variables, at the same time, dynamic performance and economy performance were used as the objective function, the comprehensive evaluation method that adopted the linear weighting method convert them into a single objective function to evaluate the matching of the transmission system, the fuel consumption was reduced based on the stable dynamic performance to meet the requirements of standards.
