基于启停系统的客车动力参数优化

摘要 为解决能源危机,有效降低燃油油耗,以某大型客车为模型,通过加入怠速启停模块,运用仿真软件Cruise建立整车模型,以合肥市道路行驶工况作为典型代表性工况,并通过Cruise与Isight的耦合计算实现变速器速比的优化。理论分析及仿真结果表明:在只有怠速启停系统(合肥工况,但传动系参数没有优化)的情况下,节油0.16 L,而传动系参数优化后,节油1.46 L,节油效果比较理想。 The purpose of this paper is to solve the energy crisis and greatly reduce the fuel consumption, taking a coach as an example and using Cruise software to build coach model which was added stop-start modal was described in the paper. Hefei city road as a typical representative road driving conditions, the optimization of transmission speed ratio was realized through Cruise and lsight coupling computation. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the fuel consumption was saved 0.16 L as equipped with stop-start (Hefei urban driving condition without optimization of drivetrain parameters), the fuel consumption was saved 1.46 L when optimizing the parameters of drivetrain. The fuel consumption was greatly reduced.
