Application of Styling Prototype Car in New Car Model Development

汽车造型设计作为汽车产品销售的一个重要因素,是每个汽车企业研发的重点。文章介绍新车型造型设计评价最新技术——全新的造型体验样车试制技术,通过样车制造技术与模型制造工艺的结合,基于光顺数据表面,通过钣金件、玻璃钢及环氧树脂的结合应用,在项目开发初期可以更为全面的对造型进行全面的评价,解析其在新车型研发过程中所起到的重要作用。最后阐述了其在未来整车开发流程中的应用情况。

As a key factor of automobile products sales, vehicle styling is the research and development focus in every automobile enterprise. This paper introduces the new technology about new car model styling assessment, i.e. trial technology of all-new styling prototype car, the prototype car trial technology combined with model trial process, through the combination of sheet metal parts, glass fiber reinforced plastics and epoxy resin based on data smoothing surface, making it possible to do the comprehensive evaluation at the initial development process, analyzing its important role in new car model development process. Finally, the paper describes the application of new car model styling assessment teehnology in the new car development process.
