发电厂大型冷却塔施工塔吊的柔性附着局部模型分析

摘要 国内发电厂大型冷却塔施工过程中,塔吊柔性附着技术适用于关键的塔筒施工。区别于以往研究塔吊本身,文中研究了柔性附着对于冷却塔局部结构的受力影响,建立了有限元分析模型,分析了附着点间距、混凝土龄期等关键因素的影响规律,并提出了实际工程的局部加固建议。 In construction of large cooling tower in domestic power plant,the tower crane elastic supporting technology is applied to construction of the crucial tower tube.Unlike former research,this article studies the force effect of elastic support in local structure of the cooling tower.A FEA model is built to analyze the influence of key factors,e.g.attachment space,concrete age and so on.Furthermore,some suggestions about strengthening local structure are proposed.
