Feasibility Analysis of RFID Technology Application in Break- bulk Cargo Transportation System

件杂货运输是一种重要的货流组织形式,然而,目前对于件杂货的操作以及信息处理仍处于人工、半人工的状态,大大阻碍了物流服务水平的提高。RFID技术具有远距离自动识别的特点,能否将其应用于件杂货运输体系从而提高物流服务质量成为我们研究的一个重要课题。文中将就RFID技术在件杂货运输系统应用的可行性进行研究,力求为货主、船公司、港口、物流公司等相关企业提供一定的建设性意见。

Break -bulk cargo transportation is a kind of important goods traffic organization form,however,the operation and the information processing for break -bulk cargo is still in the artificial or semi -artificial condition,which greatly hinder the improvement of the logistics service level.RFID technology can identify goods information over a long distance.Whether RFID technology can be applied to break -bulk cargo transportation system so as to improve the quality of logistics services become an important research subject.This article will discuss the feasibility of RFID technology application in break -bulk cargo system,in order to provide some constructive suggestions for the owner,shipping companies,ports,logistics companies and other related enterprises.
