摘要
文中基于供应链协同理论和跨文化协同理论,概述供应链节点企业间文化协同的内涵和特征,分析了供应链节点企业文化协同的影响因素,描述了节点企业协同合作过程中三个阶段,进而构建文化协同对供应链绩效影响的概念模型。
On the supply chain synergy theory and culture collaboration theory,we overview the intension and characteristic of supply chain culture synergy;the factors of supply chain culture synergy is analyzed and the cooperating process is described;and then the conceptual models which the effect of culture collaboration to the performance is built.
