With the continuous development of economic globalization and the rise of the mobile internet,cloud computing,big data and some other information technology,the cross -border e -commerce came into being.The development of cross -border e -commerce promotes the development of cross -border logistics,and the two complement each other.This paper outlines the current situation of the development of cross -border e -commerce and logistics,analyzes the necessity and difficulty of integration of the two,puts forward the path selection of the integration development and the model of the platform integration.
