摘要
该文试图依据田径运动员个体在训练过程中对运动负荷适应的规律,探索出能反映出这一规律的训练模式,并提出对运动训练过程进行控制的方法和手段。以求通过科学策划,进一步提高田径运动训练的效果。
The article tries to according to the regularity of the trackman adapt to exercise load during the trainging process, explore the training patterns that can reflect the regularity of the training process, moreover, advance the method and the medium to control the process of the movement trainging. In order to further raise the effect of the movement training by scientific plan.
