远端缺血预处理心肌保护作用的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 1960年,Jennings等首次提出了＂心肌再灌注损伤＂的概念,即心肌缺血再灌注导致心肌细胞功能及组织结构损伤进一步加重。1986年,Marry等）首次发现＂缺血预处理＂的现象。研究发现,反复多次短暂的心肌缺血可降低其后长时间的心肌缺血再灌注损伤。
