摘要
教学反思是促进教师专业化发展的核心要素和提高学校教学质量的重要途径。在基础教育新课程改革的背景下,教师开展教学反思的重要性开始显现出来。尽管教师教学反思涉及的问题是多方面的,但如何认识教学反思及开展教学反思对教师的新要求是其中的两个重要问题。
Teaching reflection is the core element to promote the professional development and an important way to improve the quality of teaching. In the context of basic education curriculum reform, the importance of teaching reflection has begun to emerge. Although many problems involve in teaching reflection, it is important to know how to understand teaching reflection and the new requirements of carrying out teaching reflection.
