摘要
公民社会的兴起与发展推进了公民的有序政治参与和政治文化转型,对当代中国政治发展有着重要的功能意义。人大要积极适应公民社会发展要求,与时俱进发展完善运作机制和履职方式,切实履行职责,积极培育公民意识和公民文化,促进我国现代民主政治发展进程。
The rise and development of civic society promotes citizens′orderly participation in political affairs and the model shift of political culture as well,which works functionally in the development of Chinese politics.NPC should adapt to the needs of the development of civic society and perfect its working system and line of duty in order to keep up with the time.Besides,it should perform its duties conscientiously by fostering civic consciousness and civic culture so as to promote the development of modern democracy in China.
