高校创新人才培养“协同—跟进”模式探索

An Exploration to the “Co- Follow up” Pattern for Cultivating Innovative Talents in Universities

培养创新人才是我国建设创新型国家的战略需要,也是我国高校面临的迫切的根本的任务。但是由于缺乏新理念新模式,我国创新人才培养还存在着培育断层等问题。人才培养是一个复杂的系统,涵盖教育、管理、服务、活动四个方面。要对人才培养实施"跟进式教育",即内部系统和外部系统协同跟进,优势学科与弱势学科协同跟进,制度建设协同跟进。对创新型人才培养进行系统的跟进式服务,将形成一种全新的人才教育培养模式。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the strategic need of building an innovation country and the ur-gent fundamental task of our country.However,due to the lack of new ideas and new models,there are still big problems,such as education fault in the cultivation of innovative talents.The cultivation of innovative talents is a complex system,covering four areas：education,management,services,and activities.Implementation of the“follow-up education”,i.e.collaborative follow-up of system building and between internal and external sys-tems,preponderant subjects and weak subjects.Systematic follow-up services will form a new training mode for innovative talents cultivation.
