高校智能化学生管理工作体系的构建

智能化学生管理的关键是依靠实时、准确、完整的数据。目前,高校学生管理信息化缺乏顶层设计,不同系统之间数据不能共享,还存在系统功能使用不便等问题。因此,通过强化顶层设计,借助先进的信息技术,构建智能学生管理工作体系十分重要。这个架构具备良好的可扩展性和自适应性,既从整体上对学生管理信息化进行设计,又在结构功能上体现出"智能"的特点。同时,为更好地实施这套体系,需要建立共享型的基础信息库、搭建满足师生需求的一站式服务平台和建设全方位的管理及数据智能采集平台等。这种以信息化促进学生管理工作优化的体系的构建,需要领导高度重视,还需要人员保证以及必要的制度保障。

Intelligent student management relies on the real-time,accurate,and complete data.At present,the informatization of college student management lack of top design,the data can not be shared between different sys-tems,there exists the problem of inconvenience of system function.With the help of advanced information technolo-gy,this article tries to construct intelligent student management system by strengthening the top-level design.The framework has good scalability and adaptability,it design the informatization of student management on the whole, and embodies the “intelligent”feature in structure function as well.At the same time,for the better implementa-tion of the system,it is necessary to build a shared basic information database,establish a one-stop service plat-form meeting the needs of teachers and students and constructing a full range management platform and intelligent data acquisition platform.To promote the informatization of student management,we should improve the leader-ship,attache great importance to personnel and build necessary regulations.
