偏瘫患者的康复护理干预

The treatments of rehabilitation nursing on patients of hemiplegia

目的探讨康复护理干预对偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法将临床确诊的104例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组52例(康复护理组)和对照组52例(常规神经内科护理组)。2组均给予常规内科治疗,采用Barthel指数对2组患者日常生活能力进行评分。结果治疗组Batthel指数评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论康复护理的介入能明显提高偏瘫患者的生活质量。

Objective Explore the rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia.Methods divided 104 patients of apoplexy caused cute hemiplegia into two groups,one was the The treatment group （rehabilitative group）consisting of 52 patients,the other was the control group （conventional group） consisting of 52 patients.These two groups were given conventional treatments,Using barthel methods to assess the daily of life ability of the two groups.Results the score of the treatment group was apparently higher than control group. Conclusions Rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with hemiplegia.
