护理干预对降低无痛人工流产手术中不良反应的效果观察

The observation of the effect observation of nursing intervention to reduce adverse reaction of painless artificial abortion

目的探讨无痛人工流产手术中不良反应的护理干预措施及临床效果。方法将我院妇科门诊1 345例自愿选择进行无痛人工流产手术患者分为观察组和对照组,其中2013年1月—6月进行无痛人工流产手术患者采取常规护理措施作为对照组,2013年6月—12月患者实施手术前护理干预、心理护理干预、手术中护理干预和手术后护理干预作为观察组,对2组患者的不良反应发生情况进行分析比较。结果观察组中不良反应发生率4.48%,对照组中不良反应发生率11.11%。结论无痛人工流产患者实施有效的护理干预,特别是手术前的常规检查,术中严密监测血压呼吸心率等体征,积极的呼吸循环管理,对降低无痛人工流产手术中不良反应发生率,及减轻相关临床症状有极其重要的作用。

Objective To investigate nursing interventions and clinical effects to adverse reaction of painless artificial abortion.Methods Out-patients with treatment of painless artificial abortion and adverse reaction from January to June in 2013 were retrospectively analyzed as control group, patients by nursing interventions before by painless artificial abortion from June to December in 2013 were analyzed as observation group and compared with control group.Results The probability that adverse reaction occurs in observation group is 11.06%, the probability that adverse reaction occurs in control group is 2.24%.Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention for patients receiving painless artificial abortion, especially normal inspection before the operation, strictly inspecting signs of blood pressure, breath, heart rate, and so on during the operation, and effective nursing to cycle respiration, has its important role to decrease the probability that adverse reaction occurs during painless artificial abortion and reduce clinical symptoms.
