实施团队教育对产褥期产妇生活质量的影响观察

The influence of applying healthcare team education to the living quality of postal women

目的探讨组建健康教育团队进行宣教对产妇产褥期生活质量的影响。方法在征得产妇同意的基础上,将120例产妇按入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组产妇接受团队提供的健康教育,对照组采用母婴同室护理常规宣教,分别于出院后28 d家庭访视时进行效果评价。结果观察组在产褥期心理健康状况、行为改善、保健知识掌握方面均优于对照组。结论实施团队健康教育对产妇在产褥期的生活质量包括心理健康状况、行为改善、保健知识掌握方面均有明显的促进作用。

Objective To explore the influence of applying healthcare team education to the postal women＇s living quality during puerperium which includes mental health status improvement , master of healthcare knowledge, behavior and capability changes.Methods A total of 120 puerperas were recruited and divided equally （60 patients each team） into observation group and comparison group after admitted and signed the consent form.Result The comparison group has better results than the observation group in mental health status improvement, traditional behavior changes and mastering healthcare knowledge.Conclusion Application of postnatal healthcare team education has apparent improvement to the postnatal women＇s living quality includes mental health status, traditional behaviors changes,and understanding and mastering of health care knowledge.
