舒适护理和常规护理对结肠癌术后化疗患者康复效果的影响比较

Effect of comfortable nursing and routine nursing care on rehabilitation of patients with chemotherapy after resection of colorectal cancer

目的比较舒适护理和常规护理对结肠癌术后化疗患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2010年9月—2012年9月结肠癌术后化疗患者38例,根据随机原则平均分配至A、B 2组,分别接受舒适护理干预和常规护理干预。比较2组患者的康复效果。结果 A组患者术后并发症的发生率、SCL-90各因子评分显著低于B组,而对护理质量的满意度显著高于B组,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同护理方法对结肠癌术后化疗患者的康复效果不同,舒适护理干预优于常规护理。

Objective Compare the effect of comfortable nursing and routine nursing care on rehabilitation of patients with chemotherapy after resection of colorectal cancer. Methods From 2010 September to 2012 September we choose 38 colon cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. The patients were equally assigned to A, B groups according to random principle, and they were treated respectively with comfortable nursing and routine nursing. Compare the rehabilitation effect of two groups of patients. Results The incidence of postoperative complications and each factor of SCL-90 scores of patients in group A were significantly lower than group B, and the satisfaction of the quality of nursing was higher than that in B group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The rehabilitation effect of patients who undergo chemotherapy after resection of colorectal cancer with different nursing intervention is different, and comfortable nursing intervention is better than that of routine nursing intervention.
