目的探讨剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠介入手术治疗的护理。方法回顾性分析36例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者行介入治疗的护理情况。结果 36例患者的介入放射治疗及清宫术均顺利完成,无造血系统抑制及感染病例发生,也未出现过敏反应病例。结论优质高效的护理是剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者介入治疗顺利成功的重要保障。

Objectives Explore the cesarean scar pregnancy interventional surgery care.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the nursing experience of 36 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy interventional therapy, including preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing methods.Results 36 patients in the interventional radiology treatment and curettage were successfully completed, no hematopoietic system suppression and infections occur, no cases of allergic reaction.Conclusion Quality and efficient care is to ensure interventional surgery cesarean scar pregnancy smooth and successful foundation.
