摘要
目的观察优质护理服务对护理工作认可度的影响。方法通过问卷调查,了解患者对护士表扬率、满意度及对责任护士的知晓率,评价实施优质护理服务对其产生的影响。结果实施优质护理服务前后,患者对护士表扬率、责任护士的知晓率及满意度均有明显变化,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论实施优质护理服务,护患沟通增加,患者对护理工作认可度增加,满意度提高。
Objective Implementation of high quality nursing service,ensures the safety of patients. Methods Through questionnaire survey,understand the patient to the nurse praise rate,satisfaction and awareness rate of nurse,to evaluation of implementation of the high quality nursing service to its impact.Results the implementation of high quality nursing service before and after,patients for nurses recognition rate,and responsibility nurses of awareness rate and satisfaction o to have obvious change,average P〈0.001,there is a very significant difference.Conclusion the implementation of the high quality of nursing service,increased communication between nurses and patients,patients to the nurse work increased recognition,improve patient satisfaction.
