开关式场效应管弧焊电源的研究

摘要 本文主要介绍新型的开关式场效应管弧焊电源的工作原理,通过采用电流负反馈获得恒流外特性,并提出了一种新颖的低压引弧电路。利用所研制的开关式场效应管弧焊电源进行引弧试验和工艺试验,结果表明此电源具有良好的引弧性能和工艺性能,是一种发展前景较远大的电子弧焊电源之一。 This paper mainly deals with the basic principles of the switched MOSFET arc welding power source.This power source uses the feed- back of current to obtain the constant current characteristics.In this paper a new low voltage arc-ignition circuit is put forward too.The experimental results show that this power source has a good property of arc-ignition and a good property of welding pro- cess,and this switched MOSFET arc welding power source is one of the electronic arc welding power sources with a wide developing prospect.
