基于ADAMS的磁流变减震器主起落架落震仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 起落架落震试验费用昂贵,所以使用仿真技术模拟落震试验的整个过程。应用CATIA建立某型磁流变主起落架几何模型,导入到ADAMS/View中,通过添加地面、约束和施加力,建立某型磁流变起落架落震仿真模型,并对某型磁流变减震器主起落架的落震试验数据进行分析和整理。比较仿真结果与试验结果表明,基于ADAMS建立的某型磁流变主起落架仿真模型可有效描述真实起落架,仿真过程可有效模拟落震试验过程。利用该方法节约了试验成本。 The costs of dropping tests of landing gears are likely to be high ,so the simulation tools were used to simulate the whole process of dropping test .A three dimensional model of a certain magnetorheological landing gear was established by CATIA .Then the model was imported into ADAMS/View ,the loads and constrains were imposed on the model ,and the dropping process was car-ried out by using this model .The simulation results and the experimental results of dropping tests were compared .The results prove that the application of ADAMS to the simulation of main magnetorheological landing gear is workable and the cost of dropping test is cut dow n .
