摘要
介绍了核级阀门气动执行机构地震试验的仿真分析。建立了执行机构的简化模型,并进行有限元分析。同时,论述了应力评定准则。地震试验仿真分析结果显示阀门气动执行机构的固有频率高于标准要求33Hz,在工作载荷、重力和地震载荷综合作用下模型的应力值在许用值范围内。
The simulation analysis of nuclear-grade pneumatic actuator in seismic test is introduced .The simplified model of pneumat-ic actuator is established .The finite element analysis is conducted and the stress evaluation criteria is stated .The simulation analysis results show that the inherent frequency of the actuator exceed the 33 Hz standard request ,and the stress value of model is within the scope of allowable value under the working load ,gravity and seismic load .
