某双齿辊破碎机齿辊材料选择及应力分析

Material Selection and Stress Analysis of Double Roller Crushers' Rollers

介绍了双齿辊破碎机破碎辊常用材料的种类、成分和性能特点。破碎齿辊耐磨材料须根据破碎物料的种类和设备情况来选择。针对齿辊结构,使用有限元软件Abaqus建立了三维实体有限元模型,并分析了齿辊结构在不同材料模式下的静载荷强度力学性能,得出齿辊工作应力较大时,可选择高锰钢或超高锰钢材料;齿辊工作应力较小时,可选择合金钢材料整体铸造。

The microstructure and properties of commonly used materials of double roller crushers ’rollers were introduced .In addi-tion ,Abaqus was used to carry out the finite element analysis on the stress of a double crusher roller with different kinds of material . The results show ：while the roller has higher operating stress ,the high manganese steel or ultra high manganese steel could be se-lected for roller material ;while the roller has lower operating stress ,the roller could be made by integral casting of alloy steel .
