摘要
针对小口径石油管材内涂层湿膜厚度使用轮规或梳规检测存在效率低、精度差、对膜表面有破坏等缺点,提出应用激光三角法测量湿膜厚度。根据光学成像原理及几何学关系结合边界条件,以系统的最大灵敏度作为目标函数求出最优解,确定测量系统的各参数,并通过分析各参数对灵敏度的影响确定其公差。优化后的光学测量系统经Light Tools软件仿真,成像效果良好,满足在线非接触式测量要求。
Using a wheel gauge or a comb gauge to detect the thickness of wet film on small-diameter oil pipes is of low efficiency and poor accuracy .To solve these problems ,an optical measurement system with the laser triangulation technique was put forward . Based on the optical imaging principle and the geometry boundary conditions ,by taking the maximum sensitivity as objective func-tion ,the parameters of the measuring system were calculated .By discussing the influence of various parameters on sensitivity ,their tolerances were determined .The optimized system was simulated by the Light Tools .The simulation results are accord with the de-sign target ,and satisfied the requirements of online non-contact measurement .
